Payment

Payment is made at the appointment. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed before booking opens.

Changes and cancellations

The final notice period, late-cancellation terms and rescheduling process are still to be confirmed. No binding cancellation terms are published yet.

Provider workflow

Once active, Cal.com will manage available times, timezone display, confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling.

Booking will remain closed until these terms and the current service details are approved.
